At Le Sourdough Haven, we believe in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create delicious baked goods. We bake with unbleached flour and support local whenever possible.
Le Sourdough Haven is proud to share that our kitchen is fully inspected and approved by the NCDA&CS. Our starter, Genesis, created in-house, is fed organic flour and nurtured with care and we are excited to now offer all organic flour and organic ingredients for every item on our menu.
