- All orders must be placed through our website.

- Payment is due at the time of order placement.

- We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

1. _Order Cancellation and Refunds_

- Orders cancelled 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery are eligible to receive 100% refund.

- ⁠Orders cancelled 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible to receive 50% refund.

- ⁠No refunds for orders cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

1. _Pickup and Delivery_

- Orders are available for pickup at our micro- bakery during designated hours.

- Delivery is available within Cabarrus County and Mecklenburg County for an additional fee.

1. _Product Quality and Freshness_

- We strive to provide the highest-quality, freshest products possible.

- If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
